Refund policy

Returns;

Our policy is to not accept returns, but to offer a replacement or a refund on any item that you are not satisfied with upon opening, for up to 60 days after the purchase, no questions asked.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

Any request for a return that is more than 60 days after shipping may be eligible for an exchange if found to be unsatisfactory or not as described in product details, but is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds;

Refunds will be offered on the card of purchase or in the form of a discount code for the value of the product. 

Sale items;

All sales of reduced price goods are final and not eligible for refund.

Exchanges;

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not satisfactory to the customer and unused. We will pay for shipping for replacement of defective or damaged products.

Gifts;

The purchaser of a gift may request a refund or exchange in accordance with aforementioned policies, while the recipient may only request an exchange.
