General Shipping Information

We package and ship parcels every Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and aim to have every order shipped within 24 hours so you'll be unboxing your new favourite smells in no time!

You will receive e-mail or SMS notifications to confirm your order, provide shipping details, and to update you when your parcel arrives.

As we are located in the maritimes, we can offer a local shipping rate to the 3 maritime provinces, and offer discounted standard, express and international options for the rest of Canada and the United States.

  • Expedited & XpressPost shipping on orders under $75 = Calculated by Canada Post at checkout (2-8 Business Days)

Maritime Shipping Rates (NB, PEI & NS)

  • FREE expedited shipping for all orders over $75 before taxes and after discounts (1-4 Business Days)
  • Standard shipping on orders under $75 = $6.50 (2-5 Business Days)
  • Expedited & XpressPost shipping on orders under $75 = Calculated by Canada Post at checkout (1-4 Days)

US Shipping Rates

  • FREE expedited shipping for all orders over $75 before taxes and after discounts (3-10 Business Days)

      Studio Pickup

      We offer curbside and drop-in pickup at our production studio in Lower Norton, NB, during the following hours in Atlantic time;

      • Wednesday 10am - 4pm
      • Thursday 10am - 6pm
      • Friday 10am - 4pm
      • Saturday 10am - 1pm
